Official Rules
These rules explain the eligibility requirements, entry process, prize details, and other conditions for participating in the “Find Window Wizard” promotion.
Official Rules – “Find Window Wizard” Promotion
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Participation constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.
1. Eligibility & Limitations
The promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Winner’s project location must be within one hour’s drive of the showroom located at 1800 Cambria St NE, Christiansburg, VA 24073.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of National Window & Door are not eligible to participate.
The Grand Prize must be used within one year of the winner announcement. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion runs from October 10, 2025, through November 10, 2025.
Clues will be released on Fridays — October 17, 24, and 31, 2025 — on National Window & Door’s official Facebook and Instagram pages to help participants locate the hidden Window Wizard.
3. How to Enter
- Visit nationalwindowanddoor.com/promo/ww/contest during the promotion period and complete the entry form to sign up.
- After signing up, search the National Window & Door website to find the hidden Window Wizard.
- When you find him, take a screenshot or photo and send it by direct message (DM) to National Window & Door on Facebook or Instagram.
Limit: one entry per person. Duplicate or automated entries will not be accepted.
4. Immediate Discount
Every participant who signs up and completes the entry form automatically receives $200 off their project — just for entering.
5. Grand Prize
One winner will receive 10% off their total project cost, capped at $2,000.
To qualify for the Grand Prize, participants must both:
- Find the hidden Window Wizard, and
- Be selected in the final drawing.
6. Entry Weighting
To encourage early participation, bonus entries will be awarded as follows:
- 1st person to find the wizard → 100 entries
- 2nd person → 30 entries
- 3rd person → 15 entries
- All other participants → 1 entry each
7. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random using wheelofnames.com on Tuesday, November 10th, 2025.
The drawing will not be conducted live.
The winner will be contacted via direct message on the same platform used to enter (Facebook or Instagram). The winner must reply within 24 hours and verify eligibility. Failure to respond or meet eligibility requirements will result in disqualification and selection of a new winner.
8. Announcement of Winner
Once eligibility is confirmed, the winner will be announced publicly on National Window & Door’s official Facebook and Instagram pages on or after November 11th, 2025.
9. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to:
- Release and hold harmless National Window & Door, its affiliates, and employees from any liability arising from participation or prize receipt.
- Allow National Window & Door to use their name, screenshot, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
National Window & Door reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the promotion.
